delete_item

Prepare deleting an item (a Bundles offer, a popup campaign, a bar) as a draft with a preview card. Nothing is deleted until it is published (the merchant's Publish click, or publish_draft where AI publishing is allowed). A published delete can be undone: the item is restored. stage_changes

Prepare changes to a LIVE item (or app settings) as unpublished changes. The store keeps the current version until the merchant publishes. Repeated calls for the same item add up in one set of unpublished changes. `changes` is a partial object in the write-guide field names; arrays replace the whole list.
