Bearer API key from Flex → Settings → Integrations → API Keys, in the form 'Bearer flx_live_...'. The key is org-scoped and holds a subset of its creator's permissions, so the server can never do more than that user could.
Requests go through mcptry because browsers can't call most MCP servers directly. Header values are sent to the server for that request only and are never stored or logged.
