Generate a natal (birth) chart given birth date, optional time, and location. Returns calculated chart text: planetary positions, plus Rising sign and houses only when a birth time is given.
Birth location (required). Can be a city name (e.g., 'London, UK') or coordinates object with {name, lat, lon}
Birth date in YYYY-MM-DD format (e.g., '1992-05-12')
Optional birth time in HH:MM format (24-hour, e.g., '15:30'). If not provided, the time is treated as unknown: planets are shown for a 12:00 local-time reference in the birth location's timezone, and Rising sign and houses are withheld.
