Combine free text (accent-insensitive, all words must match, "quotes" for a phrase) with filters: types, lang, year range (overlap), topics, place, related_to. Returns short records (id, type, name, years, summary, url); use the get tool (artlist-get) for details. Page with offset / next_offset.
