Titles are in the notice's language: search in the language of the country (e.g. 'estrategia digital' for Spain) or with several languages' words. Filter by status, country, kind of work, minimum value or winning firm. Each result has the public link to its notice and a link to the same view in the radar. Paged: up to 25 a page, 100 a query; for a search by meaning, use the radar link.
