get_quote

Buyers: price and how to pay for one tool. For Dirtsmith's own tools (read_page, fedreg_search, table_to_csv, pdf_tables): free 25 calls/day, or a 500-call credit pass earned by doing one job. Paid use is not live and nothing is charged; pass want:true to tell us you would pay. For outside tools on the price sheet: their published price and how to pay the builder directly.

list_my_tool

Sellers: list your own agent-callable tool on the Dirtsmith rate sheet. Free, no login, no payment. Goes into a public pending queue labeled 'unverified, seller-submitted'. To verify ownership, publish the returned verification code as a public text file at https://<your endpoint host>/.well-known/dirtsmith-verify.txt, then call verify_my_listing. Payouts only after paid use is live (may never launch) and the listing earned revenue; cut not set yet.
