List what is new on streaming this week in one language and country: films and shows that just arrived on a service there, plus (for English, Korean and Japanese/anime) series with new episodes this week. Use for 'new Telugu movies on OTT this week', 'what's new in Malayalam', 'new anime this week in India', 'new K-dramas', 'new Bangla releases in Bangladesh'. Language accepts a name (Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Bengali/Bangla, Urdu, Punjabi, Marathi, English, Korean, Japanese, Filipino, Indonesian, Thai, Arabic, Turkish, Chinese...) or 'anime' / 'K-drama'. Omit it for the country's main language.

Search OTTASIA's catalog for movies or TV shows by name. Returns multiple candidates with year, type, brief overview, and country-aware OTTASIA link. Use this when a user asks 'find me X' or when a query is ambiguous (e.g. 'joker', 'the office') and you need to clarify which title they meant before checking availability. Use where_to_watch instead when the user has already named a specific title and country and just wants the streaming providers.

Answer 'when is <movie> coming to OTT / Netflix / Prime in <country>' for OTTASIA's Asian, Middle Eastern and diaspora markets. If the title already streams in that country, returns the services. If not, returns OTTASIA's predicted streaming date (from historical theatrical-to-OTT gaps, with a confidence level) when one exists, plus a link where the user can set a free alert for the day it lands. Use where_to_watch for plain availability questions; use this when the user asks WHEN.
