request_inquiry_access

After the user agrees, start authorization for their own inquiry. Returns humanCheckUrl: the user opens it in their own browser and completes a human check; only then is a short-lived access code emailed. Do not open the link yourself. Ask them to paste the code into the chat. Never submits a lead.

Send exactly the prepared preview and attachments through the website inquiry workflow. It is not an offer or valuation. Show the full preview and get explicit user confirmation immediately before calling. Reuse the preview idempotency key on retry. No status checks or private data.
