Monitoring alerts for your watchlist: status changes (liquidation, administration, strike-off), overdue accounts, newly registered or published accounts, new charges, negative net assets, and drops of 30%+ in net assets or cash between the last two iXBRL accounts. Sorted by severity.

lookup_company

Look up a UK company by company number. Returns register details, latest financials (iXBRL figures as filed at Companies House and/or AI-extracted estimates from PDF accounts), risk signals and trajectory. Note: 'Total assets less current liabilities' and 'Creditors' are reported as filed; dates are balance sheet dates.

recent_changes

List companies whose iXBRL accounts were published at Companies House in the last N days (by publication date; each row also shows the balance sheet date). Useful for monitoring a watchlist or finding fresh signal.

search_by_name

Search all UK companies (Companies House register, ~5.6M) by name. Ranking: exact name match (ignoring LTD/LIMITED/PLC etc.) first, then active companies, then names starting with or containing the phrase, then other matches (words match as prefixes). Returns company numbers for lookup_company.

Search UK companies by financial criteria. Returns up to 50 matches.
