Returns listed, no_longer_listed_since, not_found_in_checked_records or unknown, institutions with address and phone as published, and source. category	string	Prefecture-selected regional base institutions: category_1 (emergency patients needing hospitalization), category_2 (including clinics), regional_base (either), not_selected
