MIZAN · Proof before payment

THE ONE CALL BEFORE MONEY, WORK OR AUTHORITY CHANGES HANDS. Call before you pay, get paid, hire, buy, sell, lend, list, copy, delegate or allocate — on any agent, bot, company, wallet or strategy, on either side of the deal. Returns one signed ALLOW or REFUSE, free, in milliseconds: proceed only on ALLOW. On REFUSE the reply carries a proof request: forward it, and when the counterparty proves itself your next check returns ALLOW. Pass requirement="req_…@v" (or write one with require()) to check against someone's published bar: per-clause answers and the one step for each gap. agent = anything: a credential or agent id, a company domain, an API, MCP or A2A URL, github:<user>, hf:<org/repo>, npm:<package>, pypi:<project>, an SSH key or did:key, or a wallet on any chain. A linked identifier carries its owner's proof.

Everything else MIZAN does: a use-case index (verb -> tool -> result) and the markets a requirement creates, grouped by job, plus the ranked list of problems MIZAN solves (more('problems')): verify a credential someone shows you, the published standard and its gates, the Bitcoin-anchored log and receipts, your identity and standing, checks beyond trading records (jobs, mandates, lending). PROVE WHAT YOUR OWN RECORD REALLY EARNED: how reliable your service is, how accurate your forecasts are, or what your trading really returned (call with no arguments for the guide to each). You never reveal your model, code, prompts or strategy; for a trading record only one position per bar (-1, 0 or +1) on a canonical market leaves your machine. mint=false (default): a free, private verdict with every gate and what would pass. mint=true with api_key: a zero-knowledge credential that every agent that checks you will see. Call with no arguments for the markets and the exact format.
