create_memory_draft

Create a memory draft. Only Persian (Farsi) memories are accepted. Do not create or publish memories in English or any other language. Ask the user for the real place/date; never invent them. Returns a draft_id that must be confirmed by the user before publish_memory.

publish_memory

Publish a draft only after the user explicitly confirms. Only Persian (Farsi) memories are accepted. Do not create or publish memories in English or any other language. Rejects other users’ drafts, expired drafts and duplicates. Suspicious memories are saved for review, not deleted.
