Average rent of registered contracts per full year for one municipality (Generalitat de Catalunya, dataset qww9-bvhh): € per month and number of contracts each year, with a warning when a year has fewer than 100 contracts, and one sentence with the first and last reliable year. Without a municipality it lists the towns with a long enough series. Given a purchase budget, says how many square metres of used housing it buys in each municipality with a published price (budget / average price per m²), sorted from most to least space. Each municipality carries its public transport minutes to Plaça Catalunya (door to door, leaving 7–9am on a weekday) and, as before, its driving minutes. Can be limited by maximum public transport minutes, by maximum driving minutes and by county. Returns every published municipality (no cap) with exactly the fields you ask for, optionally filtered by min/max on any numeric field, by county, and sorted. One call answers questions such as “which is the cheapest town within 35 minutes of Barcelona?”. Each value carries source, period and read date; a missing value is null with its reason, and towns with no value in a filtered field are listed apart, never estimated.
