NOAA forecast for an agricultural region — the next several day/night periods with temperature, wind speed and direction, and short and detailed forecast text, from the National Weather Service. Use for the outlook ahead; use get_weather instead for current observed conditions, and get_weather_history for recent past weather. Live proxy to NOAA — nothing is stored; this is the latest NWS gridpoint forecast for the region's coordinates; no API key. An unknown location key or a NOAA outage returns a source-unavailable error.
