Check whether a German company has insolvency proceedings. Search by name, register number (e.g. "HRB 12345") and/or town. Each result has the proceeding stage with date, case number (Aktenzeichen) and court, a match quality (exact / register / similar), and the list is flagged `ambiguous` when several companies fit. `proceeding.stage`: vorlaeufiges_verfahren (petition filed, preliminary measures), eroeffnet (proceedings opened), abgewiesen_mangels_masse (petition dismissed for lack of assets — usually the end of the company), schlussverteilung (final distribution), insolvenzplan (plan confirmed, under supervision), aufgehoben (proceedings closed), unklar (only follow-up notices in the database).
Company name or part of it, e.g. "Müller Bau GmbH"
Seat / town, e.g. "Köln" — narrows ambiguous names
Handelsregister number, e.g. "HRB 12345"

}Check a list of business partners with the same fuzzy matching as the Insolvenzmonitor monitoring. Per customer: status match/no_match, the matching companies (one entry per company, best first) with confidence, how it matched (match_basis) and the proceeding stage, and `ambiguous` when more than one company matched. Send the 5-digit ZIP (PLZ) if known — with a ZIP, a name match only counts if the ZIP appears in the notice. Needs an API key; batch size and history depend on the plan (Trial: 5 customers, last 24 months).
