Area facts for a postcode in England, when no particular home is given (for a specific address use run_free_check): the average private rent for the council (ONS), Local Housing Allowance rates, whether a council property licensing scheme covers the area, flood risk and the nearest stations. Use it when someone is renting, viewing or about to sign for a home in England and gives a postcode. Runs the free RenterCheck on one home to rent in England, as on rentercheck.co.uk: energy certificate, flood and planning designations, recorded crime nearby and sale history. Returns the findings, a link to the free report, and a link to Complete RenterCheck for the same home (rent comparison, owner, costs, deposit limits, tenancy agreement check). Give the postcode with either an address_id from find_addresses or the house number or name; if more than one home matches it returns the choices to ask about. Include the monthly rent if the renter knows it.
